These weekends are designed to take you on a journey of growth, getting in touch with your inner self to leave you feeling re-charged and ready to face the world. The weekends are complete with a series of wonderful meditations, yoga, time to relax, delicious food and sharing with fellow like-minded women.
Your interest in our activities as visitors in Nursing Homes, and your caring address on the topic of Friendship, Grief and Loss were greatly appreciated. Much was learned and shared and I know everyone present enjoyed an enlightening afternoon.
